At SBM, I worked as a technical writer and then as a creative copywriter.
My role as a technical writer on the Organizational Excellence team was to capture and document enterprise-wide processes and procedures, as well as developing best practices, process maps, and tips & tricks documents. This often included interviewing key stakeholders and members of a focus group.
As a creative copywriter on the marketing team, I was charged with organizing and editing the company-wide newsletter, delivering time-sensitive copy for a departmental calendar, internal software releases, and marketing brand development, while also providing quality-assurance support to my teammates.
